EFOA — the Emirates Family Office Association — is the dedicated voice and convening platform for family offices, family businesses, and stakeholders across the United Arab Emirates. We exist to professionalise the institution of family wealth in the UAE and to safeguard its inter-generational continuity.

EFOA empowers the next generation of family-office leaders with responsibility, education, and access. We promote best practices in governance and succession, and we connect family principals across the UAE to share what works and what to avoid.
Our work is anchored in the UAE's tradition of intergenerational stewardship — and oriented toward the country's role as the leading global hub for private capital. We are non-political, non-commercial, and members-only by approval.

Who We Are For
Membership is by approval.
- Single Family Offices — established or in-formation, serving one principal family.
- Multi-Family Offices — institutional MFOs operating from or active in the UAE.
- Family Businesses — operating businesses with a family-office function or under family ownership.
- Next-Gen Leaders — heirs and incoming stewards in the 25–45 age range, regardless of office maturity.
- Strategic Stakeholders — DIFC, ADGM, regulators, and selected institutional partners by invitation.

H.E. Dr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Albanna
Diplomat and strategist with over 30 years in the private sector; former UAE Ambassador to India (2016–2023), with deep expertise in business strategy and international economic affairs.
Founder & Vice-Chairman
Adam Ladjadj
Began his career at Chilton Investment Company in London and has since founded multiple companies across the UK and Middle East, holding senior roles at Oros Asset Management and AE Capital. BSc Economics, MSc Supply Chain Management.

Imran Khan
Asset-management veteran with over 17 years' experience. Founding Partner of Oros Asset Management in Abu Dhabi and former Group CFO of Tennor Holding B.V.
